Description
About this set
Space Science Lab is a LEGO City set that opens up into a research base. Its 560 pieces build a domed lab that folds out to show a kitchen, sleeping quarters, a control room with two workstations and a tall tower of alien plants. There’s also a wheelchair-accessible rover for exploring the planet, plus an alien figure and two space crew minifigures.
It’s a good match for kids 6 and up who love space and science play. Two airlock pieces let the lab connect to other compatible LEGO space sets, sold separately, so it can grow into a bigger base. It’s retired, so sealed copies are getting harder to find.
Highlights
- Domed lab folds open to reveal the interior
- Alien plant tower, control room, kitchen and sleeping area
