Description
About this set
The LEGO Technic Off-Road Race Buggy is a 219-piece model based on real buggy race cars. It has a 4-cylinder engine that moves, rear suspension and flex steering that lets the buggy lean from side to side. After the build, kids can put it through its paces and see how each part works.
It’s a good entry point for kids 8 and up who love vehicles and want to try Technic. It’s a manageable build and fun to play with afterward. Since LEGO stopped making it, sealed copies are worth grabbing while they’re around.
Highlights
- A moving 4-cylinder engine
- Working rear suspension on the buggy
- Flex steering that lets the buggy tilt side to side
