Description
About this set
The Insect Collection is a 1,111-piece LEGO Ideas set with three life-size, posable insects shown in their habitats. There’s a blue morpho butterfly with adjustable wings, a honeybee and a buildable flower, a male Hercules beetle with attachable wings and its signature horns, and a fully posable female Chinese mantis joined by a seven-spotted ladybug.
It’s rated 18 and up and makes a natural fit for nature lovers who want something unusual on display. Each insect has its own instructions, so you can split the build with someone. The models can stand alone or together. It’s retired, so sealed copies will become harder to find.
Highlights
