Description
About this set
NASA Artemis Space Launch System is a 3,601-piece LEGO Icons model that stands about 70 cm tall. You build the multistage rocket and its pair of solid fuel boosters, the Orion capsule, and a mobile launch tower full of detail. On the tower, the umbilicals, crew bridge and rocket support all pull back. The boosters detach and the rocket stages separate. Orion has foldout solar panels and its own stand.
Rated 18+, it’s aimed at adult space fans who want a big, accurate display piece, and a printed plaque finishes it off. The set is retiring, so new sealed boxes will become harder to source.
Highlights
- Multistage rocket with two detachable boosters
- Mobile launch tower with retracting umbilicals and crew bridge
- Orion capsule with foldout solar panels
- Orion fits inside the rocket or on its own stand
- Printed plaque to finish the display
